Wiki-ME is a wiki on the research of Mathematics Education. It has as its goal to briefly summarise the current view(s) on Mathematics Education, supported by references to literature. How can we improve students' proficiency in mathematics? What kind of mathematics and what kind of competencies should students learn? How should teachers teach mathematics? How can they improve their teaching?
Wiki-ME is an emerging united network of for example definitions, theories, research methods, results of experiments. Educators are invited to use this wiki as a an inspirational source for their teaching. Researchers in Mathematics Education might use the wiki to orient themselves in the field. They are kindly requested to add conclusions of their experiments, supported by a paper, article or chapter they have written on the matter. Researchers in Mathematics Education are also kindly requested to add their knowledge of definitions, theories, methods of custom term papers, etcetera.
